Every conversation has a clock running on it.
Live Analytics reads the WhatsApp Business accounts our own team operates and shows where replies slow down, when the queue peaks, and which hours leave customers waiting.
What the tool does
Measures reply time
For each incoming message, the tool records how long it took someone on the team to answer, then reports the median and the worst cases per day, per hour and per agent.
Shows when the queue builds up
Message volume is grouped by hour and weekday, so staffing can be matched to the hours that actually carry the load rather than to an average.
Flags conversations left open
Threads where a customer wrote last and nobody answered are listed separately, oldest first, so none of them quietly expire.
Runs on our own accounts only
The application is connected exclusively to WhatsApp Business accounts owned and operated by our company. It is an internal tool and is not offered to third parties as a service.
How conversation data is handled
Customer messages are personal data, and they stay inside a tightly drawn boundary: data is pulled from the WhatsApp Business Platform over Meta’s official API, stored on servers we control in the European Union, used only to produce the statistics described above, and never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Message content is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify anyone are kept longer. The full detail, including the legal grounds we rely on and the rights you can exercise, is in the documents below.
